Dear Redeemed

DEAR REDEEMED,

I once sat on the fence separating my compound and my neighbour’s .
‘Is nature not beautiful?’ I said to myself.
Ranging from the dancing of the green leafed tree
Reminding me of fruitfulness,
To the shining sun that smile at me and all
Is nature not truly colourful?
God must be a very good artist and painter
For him to have moulded man and made him who he is today, men ought to be grateful
By adhering to maintaining this beauty both physically and spiritually.

Unfortunately, men of today focus more on the physical beauty but their spiritual man is suffering,
He is starving
In fact!!! He is paralysed.
This doesn’t spare
The so called “Redeemed”
Some do not have a personal life with God
They get carried away by what they are told to do
And leave out their personal spiritual lives

Eishhh…grrrr…..They pray in tongues amidst brethren
With sweats rolling as bead to make an ocean
But their spiritual life is a desert
They sing:
“Out of my belly shall flow rivers of living waters”
Ironically, the belly that should flow out rivers of living waters doesn’t even have a drop of water!
The water that comes out is the bead of sweat that rolls down when they pray amidst brethren.

They think they are more spiritual when they paid no attention to their personal life.
They have decided to be a public machine gun to be heard by all
but, their spiritual life is as silent as a graveyard.
I once read in a book,“Angels of Humility”
Paraphrased that “it is better to be an unknown and underground kingdom labourer than an half baked celebrity preacher”.

On that last day,we would be questioned individually.
Therefore go back to your prayer altar and reignite the fire.

Dear Redeemed, hope you’re all ears.
