Fear, the unwanted companion of many
Infiltrating our lives, unannounced
But oblivious to none

When he comes, you know he is there
The tremors he brings are noticeable, major to you

He makes you believe you can do nothing against a new problem
He doesn’t help solve it, but pronounces the negatives in such a way
That you believe what he says

He is not easy to overcome,
He hides away, making you think he’s not there,
Then at an unexpected moment, he shows up, slowly
Until he overwhelms you and you can do nothing but
Fear.

Yet, is he insurmountable?
No!
Is he unbeatable?
No!!
Can you overcome him?
Yes You Can!!!

Gather the courage to face your fears
Do not back down
